Bali is known for it's chill vibe and no other place embodies that spirit like Ubud. One of reasons for feeling relaxed is the surrounding greenery. Everything is extra green here.

Campuhan Ridge Walk
Campuhan Ridge Walk is an ideal place to take a relaxing stroll. It's short hike, so hardcore hikers might be a bit disappointed but it's beautiful none the less.
Goa Gajah
Close to Ubud is Goa Gajah, which has a mix of Hindu and Buddhist symbols. When you get there, a peak through the woods reveals a lovely temple design
Goa Gajah
At the entrance, you are greeted with old bath statues and architecture blended into nature giving it a nice look
Elephant Cave, Goa Gajah
Inside there is a cave with an intimidating and menacing stone carving at the opening. It was thought to be an elephant's face, hence getting the name Elephant Cave. It's quite a popular spot and there are always taking picture and I wasn't able to get a stand alone picture while I was there. So here is a cropped pic from wikipedia licensed under CC
Kanto Lampo Waterfall
Ubud is also blessed with some amazing waterfalls. This crystal clear waterfall is Kanto Lampo, great for a refreshing dive in. The bigger one is Tegenungan Waterfall, which unfortunately I missed :(
Tegallalang Rice Terraces
Another thing that is famous here are the views of rice terraces. There are also restaurants next to these where you can dine. So you can enjoy the rice and see it grow at the same time! Make sure to come here before evening or you'll end up with a dim light picture like this one.
Pura Puseh
There are old temples everywhere with uniquely Indonesian architecture.
Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
One of the main attractions is the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. Going here is like entering into a scene from Jungle book. There are monkeys and old stone statues covered in moss and overgrowth.

Even the rocks here are green
